Verizon

I won’t return to the store. I’ve tried to stop there multiple times and there’s never anybody there. They put signs on the door saying they’re gone during normal business hours and will return at any time they decide they want to come back. I was in there to upgrade my phone and spent two hours there and still had to come back to return my phone because the associate who was working was helping all of the other people behind me instead of helping me get my phone upgraded. Had to come multiple times because there’s never anybody at the store. Tried to do it today. I was expressing disappointment in the inability to ever be able to get into that store because nobody is there. And, I that I had to get the model with all the bells and whistles that I won’t use because they didn’t have any of the standard models available at the store. I didn’t want to have to order and come back to the store so I agreed to take the Phone that was available which was $300 more. The associate kept made told me I should have called Verizon and requested a box sent to me to mail it back if nobody was at the store. he also said they had to go on break sometimes. I think they should have a standard lunchtime issued in their posted. hours. Because when you show up at 5:30 and they close at seven and there’s an on the door that says be back at six that seems a little unreasonable. I told him he could be quiet and just wipe my phone and finish the job and he told me to leave and go somewhere else. Mansur was the associate. I want to location at 72nd and Dodge area and I was out of there in about five minutes. They were able to find the discount that I had immediately. Mansur asked if I knew what my discount was when he was looking up my account. Do not go to the Midtown location Verizon store. They are scammers.

30 Jul 2024 The young women tried to help, but did not know more about the phone than I do. Which is not enough. . My data tracking stop working, and I would like it restarted. Any suggestions? . Typically results are spectacular at this location. So this was disappointing. And this one failure reduces the overall rating from 5☆ to 4☆.

I was in this evening and was helped by Courtney. Wow. Seriously. I run 2 sales and 1 service team and I know genuine top notch customer care when I encounter it. Hands down, Courtney listened to everything I said and offered solutions with multiple options. She was not trying to sell me anything. She was so thorough and even hand wrote a note for me to follow up with my repair need or plan change. Even offered advice to share with my spouse about some changes he will be needing to make. She did not need to do any of this. She simply did it without a 2nd thought. If Courtney was my daughter I would be very proud of her. If she was my employee, I would find a way to capitalize on her natural talents. She is a serious solid for Verizon. Thank you.
